First time customer and the experience that I've had was one of the if not the best customer service experience I've ever had. I've had some paints that has gone bad during shipping and without hesitation after reaching out to them they were ready and willing to help me out. Highly recommend doing business with the shop. I’ve made several orders from this hobby store and overall I’m very happy with the service. They have a great selection of paints/brushes which I can’t find elsewhere. I had an issue with a recent order from here but they stepped up and resolved it, with great customer care. I would recommend ordering your hobby supplies from here.
